Contact me to organise a free 20 minute consultation so we can discuss your needs and the sort of support you’re looking for. This can be either over the phone or via Zoom.

Counselling Session
Counselling sessions last 50 minutes and can be either face-to-face or via Zoom. They cost £60.
The number of sessions you decide to have is your choice and you can end your therapy at any time. Likewise, if I feel you would benefit from a different sort of therapy we can work together to find you another source of support.
